Incident command competency training
Emergency responders need to know how to handle different situations. Some scenarios can be very stressful but require the hardest decision making. Therefore the emergency responders need to know and understand how to make tough decisions, what rules and procedures there are and how to handle rarely occurring situations.
Training equipment
The equipment used for this is the XVR Simulation equipment. This equipment allows students to understand the rules and procedures by gaining experience. It also enhances their practical knowledge and decision making skills.
